Crashing at startup, even in safe-mode - after FF18.0

or Crash ID: bp-177589c4-9cd8-4c82-a301-5d8712130310
OS: Windows 7 Professional
Antivirus : Avast 8 home edition
Firefox version 18.0 (when crashes started)
Actual Firefox version 19.0
No recently installed programs that may affect FF - maybe windows updates...
It started one day out of the sudden, when I opened FF crashed at startup.
I tried to follow the steps for safe-mode - still crashed.
I tried to follow reset steps - still crashed.
I completely uninstalled FF, deleted all folders, including APPDATA related. Reinstall still crashed.
I thought it's a mallware - I installed "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" and "Microsoft Safety Scanner" which I read it should fix this kind of bug, but nothing happened. No mallware found, still crashed.
I had a look on startup processes and there is nothing suspicious or that I don't know of.
One think i discovered - by running FF in Windows XP (SP 2/3) Compatibility mode i could open it and it seems to work, but I have to always allow it to run like that (UAC confirm)
The submitted data "trouble. Info." is from FF running in XP mode.

if the new driver version doesn't solve the crashes please also disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > general.

I just did a "latest generic graphics drivers" update but still the same issue. I had also something simmillar to this guy:
ricardo_rempel 2013-03-04 09:45:16 PST I updated my Nvidia drivers via Windows Update (Windows 7) and that fixed the problem. Both Firefox 19.0 and Internet Explorer 9 were crashing upon loading and Firefox was reporting d3d11.dll as a possible cause.
And i had indeed skipped the optional update from Microsoft for the Nvidia drivers, but now i come to you with fully update drivers -first i did the optional update from Microsoft - still crashed. -second i did the update from Nvidia "314.07-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-english-whql" and after two restarts, still crashed.
PS: I have NVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti
PPS: i am very amazed to see that :
On Windows 7 99.979 % Number Of Crashes : 14109
And there is no quick fix - and it's not a missing button - the browser does not start at all:)

With latest driver and disabled hardware acceleration WORKED!!!
I don't need to run it in Compatibility mode now.
Thank you.
