Youtube freezes up the browser at my site and wont scroll. Take around 5 minutes for it to show the video then it scrolls.

No problems in Chrome or IE. Its just firefox the youtube video feezes when the page is loaded and it take 5 minutes to be able to scroll down because its frozen. When it unfeezes and youtube video is there it scrolls fine thats after 5 minutes of waiting. Website silvergoldforum dot com go to a thread with a youtube video.

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:

  • disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
