Hi!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Have you tried to run Firefox in Safe Mode? Try it here: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode This can help identify if it's related to an add-on or the browser.

We haven't seen anything similar reported.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports that have this format:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open this page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

Unfortunately the linked crash reports haven't been send or have an [@ EMPTY] signature and do not provide useful crash data that makes it possible to tell something about the cause.

Do you have crash reports with a "bp-" prefix that were submitted and that show a crashing thread?

Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

That, Unfortunately, is a very old crash report from a Firefox 15 version from 2012, so also not much here.

Version	15.0.1

You will have to do the standard steps.
