Hello Ariiana, try to delete the cookies.sqlite file and any cookies.sqlite-journal files in firefox profile folder, and check it again, see for more info : Remove corrupt cookies file

I have the same problem and I have cleared my recent history and all caches, restarted my browser removed all cookie blocking apps and I still have this problem if I switch back to Chrome or Internet Explorer I can log on to Twitter with no problems please advise ASAP please!

It's most likely a FireFox Add-On issue. Try disabling all your Add-Ons and then enabling them one by one until you find the offending Add On.
