None of the tabs on the screen work. Mozilla also became slower than IE10!! I went into Control Panel / Programs ....., when I click on uninstall Mozilla, nothing happens. I went into C:/ Program files/ Mozilla Firefox/ helper.exe. Clicking on this.... nothing happens???

have you tried to only delete the folder and install firefox? when F get's slower; how is about the OS, what says the Taskmanager about the CPU, RAM, and Disk Usage-Levels?

P.S. which version of FF do you have and which OS?

Did you already update to Firefox 21?

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
