On Tuesday (6/11/2013) I attempted to go into Online Bill Pay through my Bank, and an error message popped up. So, I called the Bank, and yes their online Bill Pay was down, and would be up on Wednesday(6/12/2013). So I tried once more, and I got the same error message. So, then I tried again on Thursday (6/13/2013). And once again the same error message popped up. So, I called the Bank, and the young lady asked me what browser I was using, and I told her Mozilla Firefox. She recommended for me to try Google Chrome, so I did and it worked. She recommended to update Mozilla Firefox. So that is what I am trying to accomplish at this time. Also, I receive emails with videos in them, and there are times when they skip, or they stop and start automatically, in other words, I will be in the process of watching and listening to a video, and it will just stop in the process of playing, and then a few seconds later it will start playing again. I do not know if it is due to a faulty video, or a need to update Mozilla Firefox?
