website pops-up in sidebar

I registered on http://www.spamcop.net/. Normaly in my sidebar history is shown. Since this registration this happens: as soon as I click on a link on any site, the sidebar with the history, is replaced by the sidebar showing the Spamcop-window. How can I prevent that "pop-up"?

Opening in the sidebar is the default for bookmarks that are created via a link or button on a website.

You can check the Properties of a bookmark via the right-click context menu in the sidebar (Ctrl+B; Command+B on Mac).

In the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) you can click the More button in the Details pane at the bottom right.

Make sure that "Load this bookmark in the sidebar" is not selected.

@Waka_Flocka_Flame and @cor-el, Thanks a lot for your quick help. I tried first cor-el's solution, and it works!! So I didn't try Waka_Flocka_Flame's solution But I saved both advises, if such a problem might occur again. I'm very, very grateful!!!
