Presents my 3 mailboxex for selection but sometimes doesn't and I have to input the info. Jumpy scrolling.

When I go to sign in, it sometimes shows all 3 of my boxes, and sometimes it shows non, and I have to input them manually. Also, on scrolling, i try to move it and sometimes it jumps several positions, or doesn't move at all. Also, the "back" button will not always move one character, but jumps in blocks! Example; I left caps lock on and so tried to backspace to correct it, and I hit back several times, and it jumped after several characters. Holding the back button produced several jumps of multiple characters instead of smoothly erasing them in sequence.

Hello,

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.
