There's a small 1px border that separates my navigation toolbar and whatever website I'm looking at. DOM and Inspector doesn't know what I'm looking for, and I haven't found any solution

Have you tried safe mode, to see if its a addon affecting it (Maybe Hide Menubar 6.0.20110915?)

Although I couldn't figure out what the line is, this is a simple way to remove it:

  #browser { margin-top: -1px !important; }
