I downloaded the ad on downthemall using firefox. I am having trouble distinguishing which jpg's to download. i get so many when I'm on a website and I hit downthem all. I don't want to download the thumbnails. I want to download the big images that you have to click on the thumbnail to get the big images.

Is there any quick way to choose the images?
