Somehow SearchFly Toolbar got installed on my Firefox and I have tried everything to remove it but it doesn't go away. It is not in the add/remove programs list. I have tried AdWare removal but nothing seems to work.

Have you tried to uninstall it via Firefox Add-on manager? 1: Open the 'Firefox' menu. 2: Click on 'Add-ons'. 3: Find the SearchFly Toolbar (in 'Extentions'). 4: Click on 'Disable' or 'Remove'.

Else try the more advanced way - uninstalling manually: 1: Open the file explorer. 2: Navigate to your main hard drive ('Local Disk' C: on Windows). 3: Find the program installment folder. There could be two. 4: Explore all installment folders. 5: If/when you find a folder named 'SearchFly' or 'SearchFly Toolbar', open it, and search for a file named 'Uninstall' (.exe), 6: If found, open it and follow the on-screen instructions. Else delete the folder.

BE CAREFUL: Only delete the SearchFly folder. TIP: Remember to close Firefox and other browsers that use SearchFly.

I have removed it twice via the Add-on manager but it came back both times. I tried it manually and it seems to be gone now. I hope it stays away this time! Thanks for your help!
