The file that I exported form Firefox 25 is on my hard drive as bookmarks-firefox25.html but cant seem to be able to find a way ofd getting them into my Panda safe browser program. Tells me cant find the file or no file to import.

Just a hunch, but try changing the name of that file to bookmarks.html
