When I click on email link, it imports link in Outlook with lowercases, so the recipient can not open the link from Youtube for example, because he doesnt get the correct address. Zoutube links contain uppercases and if you receive link with lowercase on the place where it should be uppercase, zou are not able to open it, zou get the page from Youtube which has no video. How can I set this to import links with uppercases if there are some in the address? Thanks.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

It may be that the download actions need to be reset or that the MimeTypes.rdf file may need to be deleted. Reference: Previous question that had a similar solutions: [https://support.mozilla.org/questions/923952]

However there was an unconfirmed bug about this: Previous Bug that is unconfirmed: [Bug 897726]

So if that no longer solves the issue please do let us know, or if it worked. We are happy to help.
