I'm getting a crash every time I try to start up Firefox, It also crashes when trying to start in safe mode. I've tried a reset but that didn't help.

I do not have Bitguard installed, antivirus and malware scams are clear

Version is 25.01, Windows 7 64 Bit, 8GB RAM.

That is a problem with Trusteer software (RapportTanzan25.DLL).

Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software.

You can try to contact Trusteer for support.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.

  • Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport

Never mind, just tried it again and it works!

Typical, I post after dozens of crashes and then it immediately miraculously works

Oops, we cross posted, thanks for the reply

Firefox started working again on it's own, but I am installing the latest version of Rapport right now.
