Sometimes when I type Hebrew in the address line I get a blue screen crash. I'll try to attach a photo of the blue screen.

If you type or paste about:crashes in the address bar, clicking a crash ID will submit it Mozilla where it can be correlated with crashes submitted by others. This could take a few minutes. Then you can paste that ID number into a reply and a volunteer can look it up on the crash server.

There are other things that need your attention.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 11.9 r900
  2. Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove all (older) version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and (re)install the latest Flash player.

Thanks for your responses. Please note it is a "blue screen" crash i.e. Firefox causes a crash to the Win7. The crush happens when typing Hebrew characters in the address line, but not always. I attached a photo of the blue screen after the crush, maybe it will help.

Thanks
