Where do I find a Tutorial for Web Developer?
I can see nothing in the 'index' for that tool, and I have no experience using a tool/application/etc. such as that.

Some of those links are effectively mini tutorials, but may be aimed at those with some experience of similar tools.
Their primary purpose is to assist advanced users of Firefox.
Swapping subject slightly
You mention you have no experience of such tools and applications. If you are after a very gentle introduction to such subjects it may be appropriate to try Mozilla Webmaker something that is now supported from these fora and uses and explains some very simple tools

Sorry, but I am not 'clear' as to what you are saying, I checked the links. But First, to Digress: On my Firefox Screen, "Tools" is next to Bookmarks. I click on 'Tools' and get menu which shows listing of items, one of which is
"Web Developer", which If I click on it has a Drop Down Listing, with the first few items being: Toggle Tools Web Console Inspector Debugger etc. etc. ... ...
Is this the same App/Program as the 'Second Link' you sent, or not?

The first link is about the built-in Web Developer tools that current Firefox versions have.
The second link is the Web Developer extension that exists for quite some time and that has other features.

Firebug should be more similar to the built-in Firefox developer tools than the Web Developer extension.

Simply click the Sign In link at the top of the page, then click the "Mark as Solution" button next to one of the replies (or it may be labeled something like "This Solved My Problem"; I don't recall exactly). You marked your own thank you reply as the solution :/
