after installing FX 28.0 on linux, FX cannot follow address typed in the address field, only addresses from the bookmarks. Same behavior on 2 different Linux machines. The search engine field is empty, nothing is defined, even when in Settings/advanced, update of search engines is on. Behavior remains even after setting to false different browser.search options in about:config. How to force FX to fully stop searching any search engine when something is entered in the address field?

Would you please ask the rpm builders to stop offering FX 28.0 until this issue is solved, this is a major issue! Reinstalling FX 28.0 won´t solve the issue because the search engine definition is not available.
