Hi, is there any way to prevent Firefox writing messages to console on OSX, ideally limited only to flash-based ones? When watching videos on Channel4/4od their player logs a message via Firefox every two seconds, messing up the log file. Filtering them out via syslogd seems not to work on OSX.

Open up developer tools/ Web Console, then click on the gear and make sure logging is off.

Or I think it is toolkit.osfile.log. To check, open that page and see if anything has been make bold, this means that is was turned on by a user.
