locking this thread - please continue in your original thread - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/996546 - to keep your question and the support answers in the same thread

I have tried clearing the cache by going to option/adv/network and clear now the you have advised me to do, but it says my cache is currently using 0 bytes of disk space.

Hi,

I believe the problem is "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.verizon.com." which is still not working for you.

Have you tried another browser? or Firefox in safe mode http://www.wikihow.com/Start-Firefox-in-Safe-Mode
