Aside from the Bookmark this page button stupidly just adding the page to unsorted bookmarks instead of opening the obvious Add Bookmark dialog in pre-Australis... I know I can get the Edit this bookmark dialog if I click again but if I select the Show all the bookmarks folders dropdown button, the menu goes off the screen. Shown here: http://imgur.com/RjSiAMv

Happens every time. Any help appreciated. If needed, I can submit this as a bug but right now I figured I would ask here.

I assume that this is caused because you moved the two bookmarks button to the left side of the location bar.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
  • default theme is used (no persona)
  • userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
  • default toolbar layout is used (localstore.rdf)
  • JavaScript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected
