sync is not recognizing my email address,

I made a sync account on the 8th of june tried all the passwords I can remember but none work, tried resetting my password through the browser and through the site, the site says something about its not a valid email, I need the password reset and sent to this address I had to clean everything and reinstall the os, I just got access to my email, and would like to get all my sync info back into this copy of firefox. Thanks Bill

Hi whowe56332, As with respecting the privacy of users, the email was removed from the forum. However, currently the work around for an account that has lost its access are two things: Remove the account and set up a new one(which may not work in your case) or to request the change of password.
