When I use gmail the print is microscopic, and the text enlarger does not correct it.

When I use gmail, the print is so small that I can't read it. About a week ago, when I was in gmail, the print suddenly turned from normal to microscopic, without my having even touched a key on the board. In fact, as I am writing this message on the Mozilla help page, the print has just turned from readable to almost non-readable. In gmail, when I use "setting" and change the font size, it does nothing to enlarge the print. If anyone has an answer, please make it specific. I've read solutions that tell me to use the orange Mozilla button and "scale," but I have no idea where they are.

I don't have this problem with I use Internet Explorer, and the problem is forcing me to use that browser, which I'd rather not do.

Thanks anyone for your help.

Cor-el,

Thank you so much. Your instructions were clear, and, more important, they worked.
