i recently purchased a new computer, and am trying to sign in to my firefox browser to import my bookmarks as i have done with other computers in the past, but i cant remember my username and password, and i have requested the password reset email, and the username email, both multiple times, and have not recieved either yet.

Sorry I am not sure I understand properly what your circumstances are.

Firefox normally keeps the bookmarks on your local computer as do other browsers.

There is also the possibility you may have been using the New Sync service, but you do not mention that.

If your bookmarks are on your old computer with your old Firefox do you still have that and is it working so that you may use Firefox on it ? If so you may back up the bookmarks on the old computer then connect the computers and transfer the file or copy the backup file to removable media to transfer it. Then on the new computer restore the the bookmarks.

If all you have is the working Hard Disk Drive or an image of that. Or some other backups there may be other methods of transferring bookmarks.

Note that if you are referring to Firefox Sync that you will remove all data stored in the Sync server if you reset the password because the internally used Sync key is derived from this password.
