Hi cliffm, Thank you for your question, to better understand the issue can you please elaborate on what you mean by restore? Is it session restore? is there a error or pop up that is mentioned when you start firefox? What does it look like? How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

  • How did you close Firefox? Did is close properly? File > Exit
  • You may be able to prevent this by going to the about:config page in the url bar, clicking "I understand the risks" and turning browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash to false.
