I utilize 2 monitors for work. When I move Firefox to the 2nd monitor, it simply disappears. I must shut down the computer and restart so it will show back up on my primary window.

You can either copy the places.sqlite file to get the bookmarks and the history or restore the bookmarks from a JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
