at some point this evening, wikipedia has been inserted in my search window on Firefox and i can't get rid of it. I don't want it there, i don't want to go there every search. I want it gone

Normally you can use the icon at the left end of the search bar to quickly switch your current search engine. This article describes how it is designed to work: Search bar - add, change and manage search engines on Firefox. Can you switch it to what you prefer or does it seem to be stuck?
