Web sites stop loading unless I move the mouse. I have tried resetting Firefox, and have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still freezing without mouse movement.

hello emh12az, multiple other affected users have reported that this was an issue caused by malware on their pc. please run a scan of your system with adwcleaner and the free version of malwarebytes.
