gmail does not allow me to download .rar file

i have an attachment in gmail , which have extension of .rar and it contain .exe file. now gmail does not allow me to download that .rar file at all.

what should i do? please help.

Gmail seems to not support the file type. You can try drive? https://support.google.com/mail/answe.../6590?hl=en
