I also found this bug report, but using Nightly didn't work, and upgrading OS isn't an option.

In summary, FF for Android crashes 5-10 seconds after visiting any site. It doesn't produce crash logs.

          this type of problem mainly due to rooting of your phone by allowing special permissions to  your apps . i have seen the same problem in custom ROM . i request you to give some additional information about your device ,so can proceed further.

This is likely https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1099439 the only current solution is to upgrade to Android 4.4.

If you are reasonably technical we need to find out when this issue started.
