I had a problem accessing my bank account online. I contacted them and they gave me a temporary password which meant I had to change it the next time I accessed my bank account. When I tried to do this I got the message "Firefox prevented this site redirecting you to another page" . When I clicked on the "allow" button, Firefox would still not allow the redirection no matter how many times I clicked on it. This is not good. In the end I accessed the site through Internet Explorer and was able to successfully change my password and use my bank account online. I should have been able to do this with Firefox which is my default browser. I am now having second thoughts. PS - I just tried to "automatically add" troubleshooting information to help and got the message that Firefox prevented support.mozilla.org from installing something on my computer ! ! !You could not make this up.

Hello Finn88, click the 3-bar menu ≡, then choose Options, then the Advanced panel, then General tab, and in Accessibility UNCHECK the Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page, then click OK to save it, exit firefox and restart it. Any luck ?

thank you
