I can't seem to get email configured to Thunderbird. I help clients set up email almost daily for Outlook, as well as iPhones and Android phones. But for some reason, none of our pop settings seem to work with Thunderbird. I've included a few of our articles with what our settings are, and how we get emails setup on Outlook. I don't know if there's just something we're missing, a lot of times things don't work for us with setting up email, we find there's a check-box hidden somewhere that needs to be checked. The closest anyone in our office has gotten to get this working is being able to receive but not send. If you can help, we'd greatly appreciate it! I've been able to set up personal emails to Thunderbird, but for some reason our work emails just seem to be much more difficult.

I have tried following tutorials for setting up emails on Thunderbird, and none of those have worked for me.

when you configure an account, what error message (if any) does the wizard give. Are the email addresses @linkumail.com

In Thunderbird there are separate settings for incoming and outgoing mail, so if you have someone with working incoming mail then those settings are correct.

My assumption would be Port 110 connection security none and authentication normal password as they are the defaults for Outlook and the settings page does not mention changing them for Outlook.
