I've tried to download the Woodvine Media Optimizer, which is require to view videos via Hoopla, a library service, and first I get a dialog box saying "Firefox prevented this site (tools.google.com) from asking you to install software on your computer". There is an "Allow" button. When I press that, it appears to start downloading but then I get an error message saying "The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection problem with tools.google.com". I was able to download the add-on (and watch a video) in IE and the documentation about the add-on says it's supported in Firefox but it's not listed in the Firefox Add-on library when I browse there. Any ideas? I'd rather not have to switch browsers when I want to use Hoopla. (And I just tried to do the steps outlined below (using the Troubleshooting Information "Automatically Add" and basically the same thing happened - except the source of the add-on was different. Maybe I have some setting that says I don't want to get any new add-ons?
