For some time now using a link from an email for Audible.com I am not able to login to their site. Even if I use the Sign In on the Audible.com site.

In fact, if I open a new tab in Mozilla and log on to Audible.com after entering my log in information from the Sign In link the redirect goes to their home page not the member page. Audible is on my safe list.

I am forced to use the Chrome app in order to onto Audible.com.

What could be causing this? I can access Amazon.com just fine with Mozilla and Audible.com is one of their companies.

I am on a Mac using v.35.1

Hi mbsnow,

Do you have javascript disabled? This is likely what is causing this issue.

Please try following the steps in this article to re-enable javascript and then try visiting to Audible.com again: http://kb.mozillazine.org/JavaScript#JavaScript_settings_in_Firefox_23_and_above

I hope this fixes the problem!

I followed the instructions as suggested in the article. Made the JavaScript changes and restarted Firefox. Unfortunately, the problem still exists.

Thank you so very much for your suggestion and reply. It's not a big "problem" just an inconvenience the few times a month I might want to visit Audible.com. My main browser is Firefox, you see.

Best regards,

What is the full link?

Try going to the main page at the web site, and work your way thru the menus to get what you want. Then make a new shortcut.
