I have lost a folder with all of my future travel emails in it. Could I have deleted an entire folder and can I retrieve it?

I was trying to move an email into my travel folder and I couldn't find it. Then I searched for one of my hotel confirmations that was in that folder and there is no sign of it. Could I have deleted an entire folder? If so, can I retrieve it?

You might have moved it, but if search doesn't find it..... Your travel folder is it on the server or on your pc? If it's on the server and you use IMAP you might have lost the subscription (right click on the account and subscribe) If its in local folders: try open Troubleshooting information (under help) click on button show folder and examine MAIL\Local Folders\ ..... for your missing travel -file. If its there make a copy (for safety) of the one without an extension. Dont do anything else without shutting down Tbird.

And when your at it, paste your Troubleshooting information (use copy to clipboard' -button) here.
