popups showing even though suppose to be blocked?

Im getting popups behind the window I'm looking at even though popups are blocked. just wanted to mention this.

getting from the following sites: mackeeper.com, mackeeperapp.mackeeper.com, mf.sitescout.com, backgroundalert.com, lightinthebox.com, moneymetals.com, theironwing.com

if I go to privacy> exceptions, it appears I can block them from showing up a second time.
