Hi. I would like to switch off plugin notification. I dont want to be warned that for example flash player is to old and I have to upgrade it. Is is possible to turn it off ? Or it depends on flash player settings ?

Mozilla block plugins and other add-ons that are considered unsafe via a blocklisting feature. See:

I know that mozilla block it, but I want to switch it off this feature. I also know that mozilla knows better than me what is unsafe :)

so there is no way to turn it off this "feature" ?

The better question is why don't you want to update your Flash player? Flash is one of the most vulnerable pieces of software on the internet today, not updating it is just asking for trouble.
