Most of the sites i try to load are not working , i can only acces facebook and google , other sites are blank, firefox is trying to load them for about 4 secs then it stops with a blank page. Opera and IE are working just fine .I have the same problem with chrome .I am runing windows 7.I have to mention that my network is kinda slow , so knowing that i waited more to see if the page will load eventualy , after 5 mins of waiting i can say for sure that the page wont load no matter how much i wait. I presed ctrl+shift+R and tryed to load a page and find out i recive the 403 error.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
