I tried importing java code signing certificate in Firefox 38. option > advanced > certificate > view certificate > under personal tab > import (certificate in .pfx)

It list the certificate in there. When i launch the oracle application and then forms windows it says application blocked by security settings message.

I am successful in IE 9.0 after importing the certificate.
