printing in firefox page size is always 3x5 how do I correct

I was online checking my bank account and printed a transaction page with normal results but when I went to print another page from a second account the preview showed a page size of about 3" x 5" and printed it that way. I tried to adjust the scaling but everything now prints with in that 3x5 space no matter what the scaling or margins are set at. This is the case with everything I print while in firefox. Every thing prints normal in Internet Explorer. How can I fix this? thx
