I need to view some old emails, and whilst using the search option a list of emails do appear. However some, especially the older ones (3 years ago) display the header of the email, sometimes the first line of the content, however once clicked to open i just get a blank tab. If theres more than one line of content in the search results it usually opens ok.

Sometimes the search function will show the header of the email with ... as the content and then sometimes the signature displayed. Please look at screen shot to understand what i mean. It even lists the attachments, but alas shows no content.

Is there any way to fix this?

I have moved emails to local folders to free space in the past, and sometimes its wants to compact every now and then.

thanks,

Deneo
