You appear to have Flash player 19 installed on your system as it is listed as Shockwave Flash in some places still. There is a different Shockwave (for director) player but that is not needed.

With games like Farmville 2 on FB and Zynga the crashing issue may actually be with the new Flash Player 19 branch used by different browsers including Firefox.

You could try the Flash Player 18.0.0.241 ESR branch that is on https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

This Extended Support Release or ESR of Flash Player is based on Flash player 18 branch with security/stability fixes only.

I realize it's confusing, but the Flash player was released as "Shockwave Flash" to capitalize on the strong brand of Shockwave many years ago. Nowadays, how many people remember the Shockwave player?

Anyway, I agree with the earlier suggestion to roll back your Flash from 19 to 18 using the official extended support release. Since the installer may object to that, you may need to use Adobe's uninstaller to remove Flash 19 first. You can download that from this article:
