Is this shown in the email in the 'Sent' folder or in a test email that you sent to yourself?

If yes, then try: View > Message Body as > Original HTML

If this occurs in the new Write message before you even compose or send the email: In Account Settings, did you type the signature in the 'signature text' box? If yes, did you select the check box 'Use HTML' ? If yes: then it would use the default settings you have set up in : 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'Display' > 'Formatting' tab Default font eg: Arial and size eg: 12 and 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'composition' > 'General' tab Text colour eg: Black
