Why do I get Error 320 found when trying to attach pdfs to emails?

When I try to attach a pdf or jpeg to an email on Virgin Webmail I get 'Error 320 found' and the message is saved in the drafts folder, but without the attachment. I can forward emails that come to me with an attachment, but not send them directly from my account.

I found this, but it did not have the 320 error:

After some more research it looks like an authentication error number. Please talk to your mail provider for more support. I am sorry I could not be more helpful.
