Crash ID: bp-4e624af0-f5d5-434b-9113-fd0d22151223

My firefox keeps crashing, even in Firefox Safemode. It started a few days ago, but I don't remember what I did that could have caused this...maybe update Firefox??? I use Windows 7 Pro. Firefox is up-to-date, because I was able to update it in Windows Safemode. My AVG antivirus is up-to-date, as is Windows. I ran a virus scan from AVG and Trend Micro House Calls (internet based).

hi db7555, thanks for providing a crash id. in case you have nvidia's network access manager or forceware network manager software installed, please go into your system control panel and uninstall it (or go there and have look if it is listed there, if you're unsure about this). this should address the kind of crash at hand.
