Can someone send me the link to show me how to import my Apple mail to Thunderbird? The Support page snippet says that it has instructions for importing from Apple Mail but the actual Switch to Thunderbird page does not have Apple Mail instructions.

As we all use Thunderbird, doubt anyone knows anything about apple mail.

The import is all done from the Thunderbird Tools menu however, so I doubt there is an apple mail procedure required.
