I have problem with my TESCO Online shopping account opening in Firefox.

After opening an order to update it the shopping list appears on righthand side for a few seconds and then disappears. I attempted to add another item but nothing appeared to happen. Rang Tesco's help line and they suggested trying Microsoft Internet Explorer. Did this and everything was ok - shopping list remained on screen and the item I had tried to add in Firefox was there when the list opened.

I have used Firefox previously to create a Tesco order with no problems.

Thx in advance for any help/suggestions.

Hi, try disabling Avast SafePrice (Ctrl+Shift+A) > Extensions.

If that doesn't help, delete all references to Tesco, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site again.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
