Mozilla Firefox 38.5.1 Email reply and forward buttons will not send the entire message to the recipient. It deleats the body of the message. How do I fix this.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Please seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
