Issue receiving New Emails_ I have to restart Thunderbird to receive New Emails
Hello I've had a problem recently with receiving New Emails. This seemed to start about a week ago. To receive new emails I have to restart Thunderbird. I've tried clicking on Get Messages and nothing happens unless I restart and then then new messages pop up. Since I've had TB on this computer for a long time I even completely uninstalled it and reinstalled a couple of days ago. Same thing keeps happening. I'm using Windows 7. IMAP through GoDaddy. TB version: 38.7.1 I've searched online etc and nothing seems to help. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks Joe

I have the same problem
There are a number of people who complained about not getting new messages via GoDaddy IMAP recently, unless Thunderbird is restarted. Check with GoDaddy if they have problems. Assuming there is a GoDaddy support forum, check whether other users have the same problem.
