I tried going to the profile and deleting the Inbox.msf and restarting. Same issue.

I have never downloaded a single email, so how could it be full?

The limit was 4 GB in ver < 3.1. now its much more, As its one single file the OS and HD-format limits the size not TB( ( Limits ) Right-click on INBOX, select properties and size should show.

If any size compact (not repair)

This is a fresh install Version 45.2.0. The file size is 0kb. Compacting does not help. Deleting Inbox.msf does not help. There is and has never been an email in this folder. How could it possibly be full?

Is the message from your provider and not Thunderbird? What does your inbox on the providers server look like?

Comcast is provider. Message is from Thunderbird. Thunderbird works fine on my old PC. But this new PC and fresh install, no luck. And yes, i can see emails when i log in to comcast-mail as well, and no comcast-mail is not full.
