when i press open for the installer to show, nothing happens tried several time, no results

May be its browser problem. Try to download Firefox using different browser you have. Download and install again :)

These are the full instructions for installing Firefox

Note the standard Firefox for Windows is a 32bit version. it is probably best to install that, at least initially.

There is a 64bit version for Windows now, but although we have had 64 bit for years on Linux & Mac s it is not yet mainstream in Windows, and is slightly more restricted than the standard 32 bit Firefox.

(It is possible to install & use both versions but let's not complicate matters right now)
